My System is as follows:
HP Proliant DL 380 G6
40 Gig Ram
2 x Intel E5520 CPU's
ESXi 5.1.0, 1483097When I run "sudo kvm-ok" I get the following error: Your CPU does not support KVM extensions.
I've enabled the extensions in the bios, on the VM and added the following 3 lines to the vmx file:
vhv.enable = "TRUE"
usb.generic.allowHID = "TRUE"
usb.generic.allowlastHID = "TRUE"I know this system supports all of the VT-x extensions yet the virl software does not recognize this fact. The entire system is 64 bit capable.
What can be done to fix this?
