Then ran the script file your script zip files had. I ensured that I was upgrading with the right scripts. I even had someone else run through this with me and it failed the same as well.
The scripts all run fine. I get to the very end and do the second reboot, no problem. I go into UWM and upgrade the client. In the VM Software section there is a Cisco VM section and a LXC VM section. Both are empty. For all components (such as core, autonetkit, etc) it tells me what version I have installed, but newer version is N/A and has check boxes that allow me to upgrade.
I'm not seeing a failure per say. What I do see is that no matter how many times I run the necessary commands some parts are still getting updated as if they didn't get updated before (Ex. Success = 4, changed = 2).
Please note, yes I did the first reboot, yes I ran vinstall bridge and then reboot again.
Any ideas? I'm about to give up and just get a new image...
