OVA template network mapping with ESXi

I saw that someone posted the same problem that I am having during installation, but the thread was closed without the problem being solved. In short, I have downloaded and installed the ESXi software on a Lenovo TS140 server. I am following the instructions for deploying using the VMWare Client software (not the web client), and everything is going fine until I get to the screen where I am supposed to verify the network mapping. None of the template's names match the ones I created earlier, and there are only three network mappings, not five!

The source networks are "nat", "custom", and "hostonly". There is no visible means of editing these names or adding new names. I can choose the destination networks via pop-down menus, and these are the networks that I created (Flat, Flat1, SNAT, INT).

Frankly, I am getting very frustrated with this process and lack of support from Cisco. I've been struggling with this for more than a month now! I had it working fine under VMWare Fusion Pro on my Mac Mini, but not enough RAM for more sophisticated simulations. I installed it under VMWare Workstation 12 on Linux (same server--TS140) and that worked until my evaluation period for VMWare ended and I could not purchase the license in the VMWare store (different story). , so I downloaded and installed ESXi and got its license key installed, but now I am having problems with the installation of the original .ova file that I bought from Cisco.
