VIRL and ISE FLAT connection

I cannot however seem to get the router within VIRL to ping the CSR, ISE, or Windows Server.

Am I missing something? I know this questions is a bit vague but it was my understanding from the tutorials that assuming the NICs on all of these devices were in the same subnet that I should have L2 connectivity. Please let me know how I can proceed?
