in VIRL I have drawn 3x routers in a triangle and the connections is only one interface to each router.
When I run show cdp I'm getting:

1#sh cdp nei
Capability Codes: R - Router, T - Trans Bridge, B - Source Route Bridge
S - Switch, H - Host, I - IGMP, r - Repeater, P - Phone,
D - Remote, C - CVTA, M - Two-port Mac Relay

Device ID Local Intrfce Holdtme Capability Platform Port ID
2 Gig 0/0 143 R B Gig 0/0
2 Gig 0/1 139 R B Gig 0/1
3 Gig 0/2 172 R B Gig 0/1
3 Gig 0/0 137 R B Gig 0/0

Total cdp entries displayed : 4
1#sh ip int b
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0 10.0.0.1 YES manual up up
GigabitEthernet0/1 unassigned YES unset up up
GigabitEthernet0/2 unassigned YES unset up up
1#

this is really weird and I have tested and looks like I'm not directly connected but I'm connected through a switch I don't have.
A show cdp should show just 2x routers as it's a triangle.

Have you guys seen this before?
