here are the VM Workstation specs for the VIRL VM and the strain on the host PC.

the host PC specs are:
i7-4790K
32gb DDR3
VIRL installed on SSD and the VIRL image was properly expanded to use all 120GB giving it more swap.I am really pulling my hair out on this one, any help would be appreciated.
